Health Grid pricing in Ghana cedis

Health Grid uses a prepaid wallet. Your facility is charged a small fee for each completed care event. The fees depend on the billing plan agreed for your facility, so we quote on request.

What is charged

• Encounter fee: when a consultation is completed.
• Dispensing fee: when a prescription is dispensed.
• Referral fee: when a referral is created.
• Setup fee: invoiced once per facility from its plan; online payment switches on only when a payment account is connected.

Worked example (illustrative figures only)

These numbers are hypothetical, chosen only to show the arithmetic. They are not current Health Grid fees.

Suppose a plan had an encounter fee of GHS 2.00, a dispensing fee of GHS 1.00 and a referral fee of GHS 1.50. A clinic with 300 consultations, 200 dispenses and 10 referrals in a month would pay 300 × 2.00 + 200 × 1.00 + 10 × 1.50 = GHS 815.00 from its wallet that month.

Topping up

Online top-ups are not available yet. An administrator adds wallet credit after payment is arranged with us.

Questions

Are there monthly subscription fees?

No subscription is charged by the app. You pay per care event at your plan's rates.

Do past charges change if fees change?

No. A fee change only applies to future charges; earlier wallet transactions stay as they were.
